| Dist level national group song held | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
Kathua October 7, A national group song on district level organised by the Bharat Vikas Parishad, Kathua in the premises of the Nav Adarsh Hr. Sec. School, Kathua. As many as eight schools participated.
Secretary of Vikas Parishad, Kathua Kapil Sharma said that the aim of the programme to popularize the values and importance of the national songs among the students as well as common mass .
On the occasion, the DC Kathua was the chief guest and SSP Kathua Garib Dass and CEO Kathua K.K Gupta were the guest of honours.
Addressing the students, they lauded the performance of the students who participated in the national group songs .
Kartar Public School, Burnoti clinched first position, and Nav Adarsh Sr. Sec. School, Kathua got second position and also felicitated with momentoes given by the chief guest and guests of honors in the programme. On the occasion, chief patron of the organization Prof. Ram Murti Sharma, President Er.P.C Gupta and Gandharav Singh Katal were present.
