| National integration prog concludes | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
Kathua October 7: A seven days programme on national integration organised by Nehru Yuva Kendra concluded at Shakti Palace Kathua.
In the seven days programme, more than 150 activists of NYK took part and showed their keen interest in strengthening the national integration among the people. Several activists stressed upon the youth to come forward to unite and spread the communal harmony and brotherhood among the people to make it peaceful and progressive country.
During the programme, the activists of NYK also visited the Border area of Pharpur along with Bharat Security Forces (BSF) and also arranged a rally programme to aware the people about the importance of the national integration.
On the occasion, the AC Kathua Vikas Gupta was the chief guest and AD Food Dev Raj was the guest of honour. In the programme, Ankit Sharma of Uttra Khand and Sandhya of UP was announced best camper, in painting competition Jammu, Haridwar and Saharanpur were announced first, second and third respectively and in slogan writing Rajesh from Haryana was stood first position holder and the special prize went to Tahira Ansari and Deepak Kumar.
Zonal Director NYK Ch. Mohd. Atif, Dy. Director M.L.Goza, Rtd. Zonal Director K.K Gandotra, Ravikant Sumbria, Narayan Dutt and Ramesh Bagga were present.
