| BPEE issues schedule for rechecking of results | | |
JAMMU, OCTOBER 29
The Board of Professional Entrance Examinations (BPEE) issued a schedule for rechecking/ retotalling of the marks of those candidates who have appeared in the B.Ed Entrance examination held on 18-9-2006 and whose names did not figure in the rectified provisional select list for admission to B. Ed. Course in B.Ed. College Jammu.
According to Controller of Examinations, Board of Professional Entrance Examination, this is being done to convince the candidates that their true merit is the one that is reflected in the rectified select list and to ensure complete transparency. To facilitate this process for the candidates, the condition of payment of Rs. 300 as rechecking fee has been dropped as a special case.
The process of rechecking is on as per the schedule already notified and the OMR answer sheets are being shown to the time and date as mentioned in the schedule and satisfy themselves by having rechecking/ retotalling done in their presence.
