Jammu, October 9: A massive inspection drive has been launched by the officials of municipal committee officials in Doda township and surprise visits was made in and around headed by Executive Officer Doda Mohamad Ashraf Zargar.
During the inspection a huge quantity of low quality milk and honey was destroyed.
Officials said that more than 80 Kg of milk and 50 kg of honey which is being supplied to the general public of Doda was checked and found low grade quality. The samples were taken for laboratory tests. Rupees four thousand fine was imposed on the milk supplier. This was done only after the repeated complaints from the public.
