Do not shift Nalva to AIIMS till Oct 12: HC | Narwal Double Murder case | | EARLY TIMES REPORT Jammu, October-09 (JNF):- The High Court today diorected the state not to shift one of the accused, Ranjodh Singh alias Nalva in Narwal Double Murder case to AIIMS till October 12. The order was passed in a petition filed by Surinder Singh a close relative of deceased Gurnam Singh and Rajinder Singh who were allegedly killed by the accused persons on February 5, 2010. Justice Sunmil Hali set aside the order of he trial court today after hearing the parties. Justice Sunil Hali while restraining accused from shifting to Delhi observed that after the order was dictated in the Court, the counsel for the accused Advocate Mandeep Reen appeared and stated that the Trial Court Jammu had referred the matter to the AIIMS only after receiving the report from the Medical Board constituted in terms of Court order. The Board has advised that the surgery cannot be conducted at Jammu and the patient is required to be referred either to AIIMS or PGI Chandigarh. Therefore, looking to the fact and circumstances of the case, this matter shall be taken up on October 12, 2010. JNF
