| MAM College organizes workshop on Shramadan | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Oct 9: The Gandhian Studies Centre of Govt M.A.M college organized 2 day workshop on “Shramadan” in the college premises. 62 volunteers of the centre gave an active participation in the workshop. The workshop intended to permeate Gandhian Philosophy amongst the students. The students launched an extensive zealous campaign to beautify the college campus by cleaning and painting the premises. The workshop was inaugurated by the college principal, Dr. Ajeet Angral who exhorted the students to make the workshop meaningful by contributing towards the college development and by practicing the Gandhian values in their lives. The Director of the Gandhian studies centre, Dr.Twinkle Suri Prof. Banpreet Kour associated with the centre also reiterated that Shramadan is an imperative gospel of the Gandhian ideology which needs to be imbibed by the youth of today in both mind and spirit for a progressive and harmonious world order.
