| Market checking in Ramban | | Rs 8200 charged from defaulters | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
RAMBAN, Oct 9: A team of officers constituted on Saturday conducted market checking in Ramban town and charged a fine of Rs 8200 from 33 defaulters.
The fine was imposed on various charges including black marketing, charging of exorbitant rates and selling of unhealthy food. The Inspecting team also destroyed rotten fruit and vegetables.
The inspection team was comprised of Tehsildar Ramban along with officials of Municipality Ramban Tehsil, CAPD and police.
Defaulting businessmen were directed to remain careful in future.
