Deliberate delay in implementing cabinet decision: Lecturers Forum | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT JAMMU, Oct 10: All J&K Plus 2 Lecturers Forum expressed its surprise that the Government has failed in implementing the cabinet decision of March 29 last for regularization of all the incharge incumbents. In a meeting of the forum to finalize its agenda of priorities in a day long meet of the Central House of Representatives, the House discussed at length the 18 points agenda that include the organizational structure from bottom to top and the confronting issues to be addressed on top priorities with the opening of Civil Secretariat at winter capital. The House unanimously passed a Resolution stressing upon the Government for its serious approach towards the most genuine and long pending issues of the cadre and warned that the deliberate delay in the redressal of grievances will force the community for other options H D Quershi president of the forum said ‘Government has miserably failed in implementing its own decisions that include the cabinet decision taken in the presence of CM Omar Abdullah for regularization of all the Incharge incumbents within a specified period of three months, benefits of Running Pattern as announced by the ex-Chief Minister Ghulam Nabi Azad, removal of Anomalies created while implementing 6th pay commission in accordance with the recommendation of pay anomalies committee constituted for the purpose and re- organization of the department’. He said that with the opening of Civil Secretaries at Jammu, the struggle will be further intensified to achieve the remaining goals. He however appealed the Minister for Education Peerzada Mohammad Sayeed for his personal intervention for implementation of Cabinet decision and also for release of orders for senior lecturers and gazetted recruitment rules.
