| Kabaddi: HS Simbal, Shiksha Kender share titles | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, October 10: Government High School (boys) Simbal Camp defeated Bharati Shiksha Kender Akalpur to lift the girls title in Sub-junior Kabaddi Gold Cup held here today under the banner of Jammu District Kabaddi Association.
However, Bharat Shiksha Kender clinched the winners’ trophy in boys’ section outplaying Kailash Niketan High School in the final.
President BJP’s commerce and industries wing, Rajesh Gupta was chief guest, who gave away winners and runners-up trophies.
Later, Keshav was declared best raider while Ganga Ram bagged the best catcher title from chairperson of the host school, Unique Public Higher Secondary School, Jasbir Singh.
Prominent among others present were Dinesh Gupta, Surinder Mohan, Bhupinder Singh Tirthi, Anil Modi, Anil Padha and general secretary of the J&K Amateur Kabaddi Association, Kuldeep Gupta.
