JAMMU, October 11: Winning 13 medals, including three gold, GD Goenka School excelled in the inter school Taekwando meet held recently under the banner of Department of Youth Service and Sports (DYSS) at MA Stadium, here.
For the superb performance of the school, that too in maiden appearance in such competitions, Principal of the School, Saroj Singh appreciated the efforts of the coach, Rameshwar Jamwal.
The Results: Gold: Shreysee Jain, Satvir Singh, Kostav Sharma. Silver: Salma Iftisam, Chitra Jamwal, Vanshika Manhas, Shubam Sharma and Vishal Wellum. Bronze: Pratham Vijay, Ayushi Sharma, Ranbir Singh, Shivani Gorkha, Anurag Khullar.
