| SRS concerned over withering Music and Fine Arts building | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
Jammu, Oct 12: Expressing concern over the ignorant attitude of the concerning authority towards th condition of Institute of Music and Fine Arts building, Shri Ram Sena (SRS) has threatened for an indefinite agitation.
Addressing media persons, SRS state president Rajiv Mahajan said that the building of the Institute of Music and Fine Arts, Poonch house Tallab Tillo is in very deplorable condition and there is every possibility of danger to human lives if the ceiling of the said building will get collapsed.
He informed that SRS already has requested to the concerned authorities for providing some alternative arrangement for the accommodation to the students of Music and Fine Arts but its unfortunate that none has paid any heed and left students on the mercy of God.
Mahajan said that it was responsibility of the administration to immediately repair the building and shift the student to some other place, may be in Jammu University till it is restored properly.
Shri Ram Sena members have appealed to the concerned MLA, MLC and MP to intervene into the matter and get the building of Institution of Music and Fine Arts renovated.
Among those who were present in the press conference included Bal Krishan Arora Secretary, Vinay Gupta sr.vice president, Deepak Sharma joint secretary, Parul Gupta youth vice president and others.
