Sources said that the State government had given the project to Tata Consultancy without assessing the authencity of software.. However, JKSIMS failed to complete the project within stipulated time. Till now Rs 5.67 cr had been given to the consultancy services. Sources said that GAD had also come out with posts of system executives and assistant programmers for the same project but till now the same had not been filled.
