| Corruption case: Court grants 5 days police remand of Patwari | | | Early Times Report
JAMMU, Octo 13: Special Judge Anti-corruption, Jammu, A.K. Koul today remanded police custody for five days to Patwari Mohd Rashid Halqa Hakkal, Satwari who was caught red-handed on October 12 while accepting bribe Rs 1500.
In the remand application, the VOJ submitted that certain aspects of the case need to be investigated in the light of facts alleged by the complainant. Court in light of facts has granted five days police remand for further investigation. JNF
