JAMMU, Oct 14: In its regular multilingual creative literary activities, Adbi Kunj, Jammu organised special multi colours literary meet at its centre, in the premises of New Shastri Memorial Higher Secondary School, Talab Tillo, Jammu in the honour of an guest from Pakanpur– Kathiapada, P.O. Kaduap-Ada, Dist, Jagat Singhpur – Orissa . Bijaya Kumar Mohapatra, editor monthly children Magazine Piyari Behan, which is published in 100 languages. The meet was presided over by Sham Talib, President of the organization, while an upcoming young Hindi Poet Raj Kumar Uttam was conducted the meet. Addressing the gathering, Sham Talib urged upon the participants to see that various literary figures of different state visit their organization.
In the 2nd session, Adbi Kunj, Jammu congratulated an eminent Urdu and Kashmiri, writer, critic, intellecture and scholar, Mohmad Yousuf Taig for confirmed with Sahitya Academy, Delhi Award – Writer-in-residence. The meet also presented the condolence resolution, in which rributes were paid to Dr. Ganga Dutt Shastri, writer, poet and former Head of Department Sanskrit, Govt. MAM College, Jammu. He was also a guide friend of Adbi Kunj. In the next session (Prose writing), an old writer Muni Lal Puri presented an Urdu write up . Another friendship related Urdu short story read out by Dr. Majid Anwar Alghazi. In the poetic session Vijaya Kumar Mohapatra read out his Orriya poem along with his Hindi Poem. He also presented the Hindi translation of his oddiya poem. On the occasion, Majid Anwar Salaria, recited a Dogri poem by Dr. Bansi Lal poet and writer, which was based on the different shades of the personality of Dr. Majid Anwar Alghazi Salaria. The poem (Dogri) Yarian-De-Wich-Yar-Ai-Yaro-Miara- SALARIA-YAR. The other poets of this session were, included – Dr. Bharat Bushan Gupta, Muni Lal Puri, Com. Jaswant Singh, K.L. Dewana, Raj Kumar Uttam, Sanjeev Kumar, Awtar Krishan, Ganjoo Sehar, Rajeev Kumar, Ram Lal Gulab, Ravi Rohmetra, Karan Gupta and Sham Talib. The meet was come to end with the vote of thank which was presented by Com. Jaswant Singh Chief Organizer of the organization.
