| SBSK union urges shrine board to fulfill demand | | | Early Times Report
Katra, Oct 15: The leaders of Shrine Board Safai Karamchari Union (SBSKU) in a meeting said that the shrine board administration have assured the union leaders that within 20 days genuine demands of the employees will be met.
Addressing media persons have today union leaders said the main demands are re-installment of all the suspended union members and terminated employees without any solid reason and proper enquiry. Provide a space for office of the union under labour laws. Removal of pay anomalies in the pay scale of regular as well as contractual basis employees of the board. Regularization of contractual employees. Grant of time bound promotion of the working section and early release of pending arrears of 6th pay commission to the SMVDSB employees upto date.
Leaders further said, that if there is any further delay after Oct 15, 2010, Karamcharies will go on strike.
