| Power shut down | | | Early Times Report
JAMMU, Oct 15: In order to carry out the work of testing of relays by Load Despatch and metering testing division Jammu, the shutdown of 220/132/66 KV, 320 MVA Grid Station, Hiranagar on October 18, 2010 from 0900 hrs to 1700 hrs is allowed.
During the shut down period, power supply for two hours to each 132 KV outgoing feeders emanating from Hiranagar Grid Station feeding areas of Kathua, Hirangar, Samba, Billawar, Mahanpur and Bari-Brahamna including industrial areas shall remain affected.
According to Chief Engineer, Electric Maintenance and RE Wing, Jammu, the shut down is subject to fair weather condition.
