Sainik Colony gets JK bank ATM | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT JAMMU, Oct 15: Keeping with its tradition of dedicating ATMs/service outlets for public service on the auspicious occasion of Navratra, J & K Bank today pressed into service one more ATM at Sainik Colony, Jammu. A. K. Mehta, Executive Director & Chief Operating Officer inaugurated the ATM. The function was attended in good numbers by prominent citizens, Govt. employees, ex-servicemen and local businessmen. Speaking on the occasion, Mehta said that installation of state of the art ATM was in line with the bank’s pursuit for excellence and its commitment to the people of J&K to offer them best in terms of services, products, technology or simply the convenience that delights our customers. He said that the bank plans to install some more ATMs at some prominent locations in the city. Earlier, welcoming the guests, Madan Gupta, Vice President, Jammu Central Zone, said that the bank’s mission is to empower the people by providing them with quality products through the most convenient delivery channels. Chairman, Sainik House Building Cooperative Society Ltd., KS Bhadwal was also present on the occasion. Sunil Gupta, Business Cluster Head II presented the vote of thanks. Mehta earlier during the day also inaugurated Currency Note exchange stall at Bawe wali Mata, Bagh-e-Bahu which was appreciated highly by the public of the surrounding area. RBI, Jammu had also opened a stall at the venue to make people aware of the Clean Note Policy of RBI, features of genuine currency notes and detection of fake notes.
