| DG BSF to visit Lahore this month | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, Oct 15: BSF Director General Raman Srivastava would lead a delegation to Lahore in Pakistan later this month to take up issues of infiltration and ceasefire violation along the Indo-Pak border with his counterparts.
After raising the issues of cross-border firing, ceasefire violations and intrusion bids along the border with the Pak Rangers at company commander, battalion commander, wing commander and DIG level, the DG was leading a delegation to Lahore to discuss these issues, BSF IG S Chatopadhay told reporters here today.
The DG would raise all these concerns with his counterparts at Lahore, he informed. |
