JKNPP seeks sacking of Krishna | | | Early Times Report JAMMU, Oct 16: Jammu and Kashmir National Panthers Party (JKNPP) today urged the Prime Minister Manmohan Singh, to sack foreign minister S.M.Krishna for his highly irresponsible, misleading and anti-national statement. In a statement issued here today, Chairman JKNPP Bhim Singh said that both Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister and foreign minister have committed seditious act and cannot be forgiven. Bhim Singh appealed Panthers Party workers to refrain from taking to the streets on the issue rather advice them to prepare for the celebration of National Integration Day on October 26 and 27, 2010. Meanwhile, JKNPP MLA Udhampur Balwant.Singh Mankotia today inaugurated reception hall of Jagriti Old Age Home near Billan Bowli ward no. 7, Udhampur. Reception hall constructed out of member legislative assembly constituency development funds. Rs. 2 Lakh were released for the same, Mankotia added. While addressing the gathering in the premises of Old age home, Mankotia said that old age home building has been created by Jagriti NGO with the efforts of people and senior citizens of Udhampur town which shows their great sense of responsibility and serious concern for the up lifting of poor & down trodden people of the society. He announced support for the development of Old age home project being constructed by its members. Mankotia appealed new generation to respect the old and senior people of the society. Prominent among others included Gulshan Kesar, Vivek Magotra, Sr. Kehar Singh, Mohd Shafi, R.C.Gupta, Dr Makhan Lal, Sunil Shastri and Ashok Kumar. |
