JAMMU, Oct 16: Muslim Federation (MF) has hailed decision of Chief Minister Omar Abdullah for appointing Professor Dr. I. A. Hamal as Vice-Chancellor of Baba Ghulam Shah Badshah University (BGSBU) Rajouri.
State President of Muslim Federation (MF) Jammu Abdul Majid expressed hope that with the appointment of Professor 1. A. Hamal as Vice Chancellor of BGSBU Rajouri, the University shall usher into new era of development and progress in all walks of life. The University shall ensure that education and economic backwardness of Jammu Muslims will be remedied with the educational revolution in the field of Science and Technology.
With the experience of Professor I. A. Hamal, the University shall sail new heights in the field of academics. Federation has also appreciated contribution of outgoing Vice Chancellor Choudhary Masud Ahmed who has contributed a lot in bringing university at national map. He has developed huge infrastructure and has provided requisite facility and new discipline so as to make the university an institution of national eminence.
