Mulkh Raj becomes youngest referee

EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, Oct 17: Physical Education Teacher (PET) with Department of Youth Services and Sports (DYSS), Mulkh Raj Sharma has become youngest spiker in the state to qualify VFI (Volleyball Federation of India) National Referees Examination held at Thane in Maharashtra.
Posted at Government Boys High School Badyal Brahmana in Jammu district, Mulkh Raj has represented the state and University of Jammu at the national level competitions many times.
It is pertinent to mention here that the Volleyball Association of Jammu and Kashmir send interested players for the referees’ course conducted every year by VFI.
