| JKNPP pays tributes to student martyrs | | | Early Times Report
JAMMU, Oct 18: Jammu and Kashmir National Panthers Party (JKNPP) leader Bhim Singh today paid rich tributes to student martyrs who were gunned down in brutal police firing inside Government Gandhi Memorial Science College (GGMSC) Jammu.
Three students were martyred and nearly 100 were seriously injured inside the college on October 17, 1966 whereas one student was martyred in Rajinder Bazar of Jammu. Bhim Singh appreciated the students of Jammu and the respective student organizations including JJSF, ABVP, Panthers Students Union, NSUI for observing the day as ‘Student Martyrs Day’. Chairman of NPP Bhim Singh has demanded apology from Congress for this brutal massacre of Jammu students.
