JAMMU, October-19 (JNF):- The High Court today called records of KAS selection. Justice Sunil Hali in a petition challenging the selection of KAS, issued notice to Jammu & Kashmir Public Service Commission through its secretary, Chairman and Controller Examinations. The notices were accepted by Advocate FA Natnoo on behalf of PSC. The court ordered to list the case on November 4, 2010. Court also directed Advocate FA Natnoo that he shall keep the record available on the next date of hearing and filed objections in the meanwhile.

The petitioner Anil Kumar & Ors challenged the result of main examination of KAS and also challenging the select list issued on September 30, 2010 on various grounds and alleged that the result of the main examination came to be prepared and signed by the Secretary PSC without consulting the controller examination who is the appropriate authority to prepare the result as the impugned result of main examination also suffers from mall practices and also alleged that this result based on extraneous considerations.
