KP youth demand appointment orders | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT JAMMU, Oct 19: The Kashmir migrant selectee Association today demanded immediate issuance of appointment orders to selected candidates in different government departments. They said that in January 2010 advertisement was made for different posts and migrant candidates applied and it was in June 2010 when first provisional selected list was published in newspapers. They alleged that though the employment package was against the general service rules but still the KP youths accepted it. They said that when all the candidates had accepted the package then why the state Govt was delaying in issuance of appointment orders. They alleged that a large number of migrant youths left their private jobs and were ready to join their duties but it was unfortunate that not even a single appointment order was issued by the government till date. ``It seems the government was not serious and was crushing the rights of migrant youths,’’ they said .
They threatened that they will launch an agitation in case the government fails to issue appointment letters to the selected candidates at the earliest.
