| Cops electrocuted | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, Oct 19: Two cops who were decorating Gulshan Ground stadium for martyr’s day received electric shock. They were rushed to the GMC hospital where one of them was declared brought dead.
The deceased has been identified as Elyas Khan while the other cop’s identity has been established as Bashir Ahmed of 19th battalion
