| Seminar on Chemical Curiosity through fun organized | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, Oct 21: Science Club of Govt. M.A.M. College, Jammu organized one day seminar in which key note address on chemical curiosity was delivered by Prof S.K.Panday, Department of Chemistry, University of
Jammu.
In his presentation S.K. Panday focused on learning Chemistry by fun,
career with Chemistry as subject and strengthening the mechanism of
practicals in order to develop interest among the students in the
subject.
Panday appreciated the efforts of the college principal and the
faculty of the Science Club for the organization of such valuable
seminar.
The Lecturer was followed by interactive session in which numbers of
queries were made by the staff and students which were answered by the
resource person in a very simple and effective manner.
Prof Ajeet Angral, principal of the college formally welcomed the
resource person and assured the members of the Science Club that all
possible help from the institution shall be provided to make this
institution as one of the best in the field of Chemistry.
Earlier Prof. Sangeeta Sudan, HOD Department of Chemistry introduced
the resource person and also gave the brief resume of the functioning
of the Science Club.
