| Special Lok Adalat on Nov 9 | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, Oct 22: According to the executive chairman State Legal Service Authority, Justice Virender Singh of J&K High Court has directed the Registrar Judicial High Court Jammu to take appropriate steps for organizing a Special Lok-Adalat on November 9, 2010 in respect of the cases which are to be referred to and settled in the lok-adalat including cases relating to Motor Accidents Claims, family disputes, Negotiable Instrument Act and matters relating to compensation.
It is worth mentioning that this Special Lok-Adalat will be held on the occasion of National Legal Services Day. JNF
