JAMMU, Oct 22: Former Convener of Shri Amarnath Yatra Sangarsh Samiti (SAYSS) Leela Karan has applauded the role of Kashmiri pandit youth for not allowing hardcore separatist leader Syed Ali Shah Geelani to express his thoughts in a seminar at New Delhi by way of launching a strong against latter’s presence there.
Leela Karan said our KP Youth bring proud to the nation by hitting Geelani. We have seen that our KP brethren are fighting against these anti-India elements since long at different levels and time and again they have displayed their great dedication for mother India, he said.
It was a shame for Congress led UPA government for allowing Geelani to speak on the topic like “Azaadi-the Only Way Out” in New Delhi but our brave and nationalist youth did a commendable job for not allowing him to speak there.
He alleged that UPA government is trying to sell out Kashmir.
Appealing the nationalist people of Jammu, Kashmir & Ladakh to give befitting reply to the anti-national designs of UPA, Leela Karan said UPA government is working under the pressure of America and may dilute the Indian sovereignty before the visit of Barak Obama.
Reacting over the statement of Chief Minister Omar Abdullah that hurling shoe at Geelani is undemocratic, Leela Karan alleged that Omar Abdullah is himself a boss of anti-nationals and he has no right to speak about democracy.
