PYC organises get-together with former youth Cong leaders

JAMMU, Oct 22: Pradesh Youth Congress (PYC) today organised a get-together with former office bearers of the youth wing of the organization at PWD Guest House, Gandhi Nagar, Jammu.
The programme was arranged by R S Pathania, senior Vice President, PYC along with his team-members in the honour of former leaders of Youth Congress.
It was really a cathartic exchange of sentiments, memoirs, experiences, wit and humour between former office-bearers of PYC and incumbent Youth Congress activists Whereas Raja Maroof Khan, former Sr Vice-President, PYC, was all-praise for the recent activities of Youth Congress activities in Jammu region especially the dharna against faulty implementation of NREGA and commemoration programme of Maharaja Gulab Singh.
It is for the first time that the founder of this state, who had extended its boundaries upto Central Asia and China, has been remembered by a mainstream political party.
Jang Bahadur Sharma, former General Secretary, PYC, complimented the decision of party high command in reposing confidence on the son of the soil, a lawyer, litterateur, thinker and an organizational person, R S Pathania, and giving him independent charge of Jammu province.
Rajiv Saraf, former NSUI President and Vice-President, PYC, pledged fullest support to the newly appointed office bearers.
Pawan Raina, former Sr Vice-President, PYC, Narinder Sharma, Secretary, Arun Sharma, Secretary, PCC, Rajinder Singh Pinky, former Sr Vice-President, Tirath Bhagat, former General Secretary, also shared the same sentiments and pledged unconditional support to the new team.
They further hoped that expectations and aspirations of Jammu people and greater interest of organization shall be meticulously taken care of by Pathania and his team.
While thanking all the senior members of Pradesh Youth Congress, R S Pathania narrated in detail the several stages of Talent Hunt conducted by General Secretary, AICC, Rahul Gandhi and various objectives and goals spelled out by him for the Youth Congress in J&K.
