| Teacher’s forum concludes campaign | | Conference on Oct 24 | |

JAMMU, Oct 21: Jammu Kashmir Teachers Forum (JKTF) today concluded campaign for one day teacher’s conference proposed to be held on October 24.
Delegations of Jammu Kashmir Teachers Forum (JKTF) today visited various schools of Jammu District under the leadership of state general secretary of the forum Ganesh Khajuria for One Day teacher’s convention on October 24, 2010 in Government Girls Higher Secondary School (GHSS) Satwari at 10A.M sharp in Support for the redressal of the demands of the Teachers Community.
They demanded release of 6th pay commission arrears w.ef. 1-1-2006, removal of pay anomaly in master grade, enhancement of honorarium of RETs with a minimum of basic pay of the teacher, restoration of senior teacher grade, regularization of Headmaster / Lecturers/ZEOs/Principals, transfer policy of RETs after regularization, inclusion of 5 years service of RETs for promotion benefit and restoration of Mufassil allowance in favour of teachers serving in rural areas.
Forum member in general and teachers fraternity from Jammu District in particular is appealed to participate in the Conference to make it a grand success. Prominent who accompanied the delegation included Ganesh, Khajuria, Gopal Singh, Darshan Sharma, Rajinder Gupta, Ashok Sharrnuj Mohd. Akbar, Surinder Kumar, Digvijay Singh, Joginder Singh, Shankar Singh, Ravinder Singh, Gurjeet Singh, Narinder Chib, Manmohan Singh, Rajneesh Raina, Gopal Sharma, Tajinder Singh, Ashwani Khajuria, Viom Rattan Sharma, Amrit Pal Singh, Vijaypal Gupta, Mohan Singh, Parmajeet Singh Khalsa, Kewal Sharma and many others.
