JAMMU OCT-30- TO gear up and strengthen youth wing, the Jammu and Kashmir Pradesh Youth Congress has decided to organize a political convention in Jammu sometime next month. The final date would be announced after consultations with the senior Party leaders. The Youth Wing of the Congress in a meeting held at the PCC headquarters here today felt the need for strengthening the youth wing at Panchayat, Block and District level in the state. The meeting alleged that due to irresponsible functioning of the State Youth President Mohammed Amin Bhat, there had been no activities of the youth congress in the state for the last many months, a party hand out said. The meeting felt that since the elections to the State Assembly are coming nearer, the youth have a great responsibility to strengthen the party and the AICC President Sonia Gandhi. Those present in the meeting were Surinder Gupta, Rajesh Sharma, Baljeet Singh, M S Bedi, Kamal Anand, Sanjay Sawhney, Narinder Gupta, Ravi Singh, Sanjeev Sharma, Sunil Singh, Vikram Sharma, Anayat Ullah Rather and Pankaj Chibber. .
