Seminar on corruption free society held | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT Kathua, Oct 23: The Eradication of corruption Society organised a seminar on 'corruption free society' at Government Higher Secondary School, Jakhbar, kathua. As many as 14 students participated in the seminar and expressed concern over the prevalence of corruption in every sector of the society. Rohit, Sameeta and Dimple Verma were adjudged first second and third position respectively in the seminar. The state president of the society Hatinder Manhotra, State General secretary Sunil Salaria and cashier Ajay Singh said that the corruption has created its deep root in each and every sector of the society and was difficult to fight with it. On the occasion, the chief guest Chief Education Officer K.K Gupta appreciated the motive and work of the society to fight with corrupt practices in the every sphere of the life. Later, the winners were honoured with awards which was distributed by the chief guest and state president of the society Hatinder Manhotra and the general secretary Sunil Salaria and the activist Anoop Pathak. On the occasion, the president of the Industrial Association Ajit Bawa, Industrialist R.K Kutyal, the principal of the school . Arun Pathak vice Principal Rajesh Kumar, SD Singh along with all the staff members of the school were present. |
