| Rattan Singh is Yuva Panthers president | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
Jammu, Oct 23: Syed Mohd. Rafiq Shah MLC state president Young Panthers (Yuva Panthers) in consultation with Bhim Singh, chairman JKNPP has appointed Rattan Singh Chib of Nowshera as Yuva Panthers president of Nowshera sub-district (Nowshera-Sunderbani-Kalakot) with an immediate effect.
Rattan Singh Chib has also been authorized to setup Yuva Panthers Committee in consultation with Shamsher Singh district (political) president of Rajouri (Sunderbani-Nowshera-Kalakot). |
