| Further arguments on charge on Nov 2 | | AMANDEEP MURDER CASE | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU,Oct 23: The court of 2nd additional sessions judge heard arguments on charge in Amandeep murder case. The case his been listed on November 2 for further arguments. It is worth mentioning here that the prosecution has already completed its arguments. The counsel of one of the accused , Jagar Singh has yet to argue. According to the case that on August 29, 2009, Jatinder Singh alias Raja along with Royal Singh has allegedly killed the Amandeep Singh. After some time family of Jatinder Singh alleged hatched a conspiracy with police and allegedly fudged the weapon of offence and later a SIT was constituted and weapon of offence was recovered. All the accused namely Jatinder Singh alias Raja, Royal Singh, then SSP Manohar Singh, then SHO Sultan Mirza, Sub-Inspector Satnam Singh, Battastic Expert FSL Sujat Bukari, Constable Raj, Choudhary Nagar Singh, Choudhary Rakesh Singh, except Choudhary Jagar Singh present in Custody whereas Choudhary Jaggar was present with his counsel.
