| Court adjourns case for arguments on charge | | Chopra Family Murder case | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, Oct 23: In much publicized murder case of Chopra Family, Principal Sessions Judge Jammu AK Shan adjourn the case for arguments on November 17, 2010. The murder case of Cement Tycoon RB Chopra and his wife Madhu Chopra, daughter Saloni Chopra, Servant Sonu and driver Jagan Nath, on September 18, 2006 in which a Special Investigation team was constituted. SIT arrested eight alleged accused involved in the said brutal murder in the history of Jammu City in which one of the alleged accused made approver and whose statement the king-pin of Pradhi Gang Sangram Singh and Kiran Pradhi was declared absconder and General Arrests Warrants were issued against them. Later on Sangram Singh was produced by the Guna on the direction of Court and Sessions Courts Jammu handed over the Sangram Singh to J&K Police for investigation, but police has failed to extract requisite information from Sangram Singh during custodial interrogation and seeking consent of the Narco Test and the consent was given by the Sangram Singh and the report of Narco Test is awaited.
