JAMMU, Oct 23: Jammu and Kashmir Pradesh Youth Congress (JKPYC) has demanded an enquiry into the alleged misappropriation of funds under MNERGA at Panchayat Aglidhar and BPL ration at Thanthu in Billawar Tehsil of Kathua District.
