| JKMPCL distributes share capital certificates | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, Oct 25: Jammu & Kashmir Milk Producers' Co-operative Ltd. (JKMPCL), J&K distributed share capital certificates and prize difference cheques to milk co-operatives of Jammu region.
Dr Mohammed Deen, JKMPCL Chairman distributed the certificates among the different milk cooperatives
Speaking on the occasion, Dr Deen congratulated the milk producers for their proactive support at village level in managing the milk co-operatives. He informed that JKMPCL is being managed very effectively and in a very progressive manner. He said Snowcap brand has now become well established and is known for purity and quality. Dr Deen expressed his happiness and appealed to the milk producers of the state that as dreamt by the state government, JKMPCL will make all efforts through milk co-operatives to achieve the "Khushhal & Prosperous J&K".
He informed the milk producers that JKMPCL is paying remunerative price to the milk producers at their door step and now there is a need to increase more participation of milk producers in the management of milk co-operatives.
Chief Executive Officer (JKMPCL), Mehraj-u-Din in his address said that JKMPCL from very second year of working is regularly running on profit and has become fully self sustainable. He further said that the major share of the profit earned is distributed back to the Milk producers affiliated with this organization in the form of price difference.
