Dimple said that the present situation was the outcome of the wrong policies of all the previous Central governments , which only "practiced and experimented" the risk of lives of the innocent. people of the state. He urged the interloctors to deal with the present situation of the State sternly and impose “Governor Rule” which was only the solution to deal with the present situation. Dimple appealed interlocutors for the “Implementation and Constitution and Implementation of Delimitation Commission” in the J&K State to stop 63 years old discrimination with Jammu region and from the slavery of the Kashmiri leadership due to unbalanced sharing of Assembly seats
