External, internal elements trying to create panic in state: Kapoor

EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, Oct 26: The chairman J&K Human Rights Watch BL Kapoor in a statement issued here today said that the state of J&K has been progressing and the people in almost all areas are feeling satisfied but unfortunately there are some factors which are trying to disturb its security and sovereignty.
He said that the nefarious designs of elements externally and internally trying their level best to create panic among the people by one way or the other.
Kapoor further said that opposing AFSPA is not less than opposing national security and sovereignty. No country is powerful, progressive in absence of its power in the hands of army and forces.
He appealed to central government to take immediate steps to foil infiltration attempts, providing of more power to army and forces so that the prolonged proxy war is stopped and the people may have a sigh of relief.
