Agri technocrats demand regularization, hold protest
10/27/2010 9:21:42 PM
EARLY TIMES REPORT
KATHUA, Oct 27: The Rehabar-e-Ziraat (ReZ) employees held a protest against government for delaying the forming of regularization policy for the ReZ employees who are working in the agriculture department since April 2007.
The protesters under the leadership District President Agriculture Technocrats Association Sanjeev Verma shouted slogans against the government
Addressing the protesters, Verma demanded to release the regularization policy with a pattern to accommodate all the 3000 ReZ employees as early as possible and said that if the government is intended to formulate any regularization policy for ReZ which is based on merits with the fixation of huge time period of seven to nine years that would not be accepted at any cost. It would be injustice with the professionally qualified and skilled agriculture technocrats not to regularize them.
