JAMMU, Oct 28: One person was today apprehended by police from M H chowk in Udhampur along with 1,500 proxyvon capsules. He was identified as Kartar Singh, son of Kanwar Singh of Ladeen Power House, Udhampur.
A case was registered against him under Narcotics Act, police said.
