| The state of Jammu & Kashmir was acceded to the Indian dominion on 26th October 1947 with the execution of instruction of accession by Maharaja of Jammu and Kashmir strictly in accordance with the provision of Indian independent act 1947 read with procedure laid down in the government of India Act 1935 entailed with its acceptance unconditionally by the then governor General of India on 27th October 1947. It was the historical day when the rule of law from Indian dominion came into force by landing the Indian Army in our state responsible for flushing out the readers looming large in terrorizing our residence of Jammu and Kashmir state.
It was a lack of will either malsighted towards Jammu and Kashmir the then prime minister of India misled the nation by given false promise of testing the will of people as well as stopping our forces to advance further beyond Uri and Poonch for his own reasons of non-cordial relations with the Maharaja of J&K. These were the basic roots responsible for creating a problem of POK consisting of one third portion of J&K state, which has now become a cancer for the Indian dominion. The installation of Sheikh Mohd Abdullah forcibly at the behest of the then government of India in March 1948 was the second blunder of Pt. Jawahar Lal Nehru, which came to be realized after dethroning him on August 9, 1953 by putting him behind the bar.
The basic problem with the affairs of the Jammu and Kashmir State is the family rule of particular dynasty which has looted the state at the behest of Delhi Darbar without any accountability as ten lakh crore rupees spent in the state through state government without reaching to the common masses besides the antinationalists have been encouraged for lack of will, it may be either Geelani, Muftis, Shabir Shah, Moulvis, Abdullahs and alike to break the barriers of nationalism and go ahead with the anti- National activities by exploiting the central funds on healing touch, rehabilitation of separatists and other anti national elements in licencing the MADRESASS and other camps, coaching the hated education. The centre all along in long journey of 63 years has remained mute spectator besides feeding the COBRAS with extra ordinary packages.
The ministers so put in chair at centre either lack the basic knowledge of Jammu and Kashmir affairs or with their well calculate manner have backed Omar Abdullah for his childish and hated statement going against the nationalism in the August house of parliament with the backing of Sonia Gandhi, prime minister and all other dignitaries of country during Shri Amar Nath Sangarsh Samiti agitation and now with the blessings of Delhi Masters has dared to question the accession of J&K State with the India creating a new history in the long life of J&K legislature.
The lack of the will of centre is visible when the stone pelters in Kashmir have been encouraged with ex-gratia payments and rehabilitation on schemes, besides with the lust of power bearing with the purposals of self rule, dual currency, Autonomy, release of anti nationalist forces from jails and extending extra ordinary luxuries and protection to separatist leaders and extra ordinary promotional evnues for the corrupt and unbecoming government officers while placing them at key posts.
The real problem of Kashmir is enforcement of rule of law while dealing sternely the anti national and corrupt elements while chennalising the centre oriented policies to the common masses still lagging behind the basic emenities despite passage more than size decades. The time has come to abandon the appeasement policies rather delivering the good in reaching a common man at the remote areas with untrudden families with fare use of the government money benifitting the actual deserving persons.
