| 3 become ADGP, 3 get selection grade | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, Oct 28: The government has promoted three senior IPS officers as additional director generals of police (ADGPs).They included S K Mishra, Ram Lubhaya and Gopal Reddy, according to a police handout issued here today.
"They have been given promotion with effect from July 19 last," the handout said.
The government also placed Ghulam Ahmad Dar, A K Atri and Johny William in the IPS selection grade. With this, they had now become eligible to get promoted to the rank of DIGs as and when a vacancy was created. |
