| Chamber seeks clarification | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
Jammu, Oct 29: Satish Gupta, Secretary General Chamber of Commerce & Industry has written to Commissioner Commercial Taxes, urging him to issue clarification with regard to notification no. 4 of 2010 dated 12th October 2010 as the same is silent as to whether the relaxation granted includes compulsory auditing of accounts upto 30th November 2010, since the Central Board of Direct Taxes has extended both auditing as well as filing of Income Tax returns in view of the abnormal situation arising out of constant Bandhs and curfews.
