| Free consultation for neuro surgery patients now in Jammu | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, Oct 29: Patients of neuro surgery from Jammu and Kashmir can now onwards avail free consultation from the reputed Hospital Medanta "THE MEDICITY".
Neuro Surgeon Dr Aditya Gupta Head (Radiosurgery & Functional Neurosurgery will be providing free consultation to the patients here in city.
Dr Aditya Gupta will be available for free consultation at NSl Medical Services 76-A, Last Morh Gandhi Nagar on October 30 and 31 from 10 am To 2 pm.
Dr Gupta, who was till recently an Associate Professor of Neurosurgery at AIIMS New Delhi, is one of the most experienced neurosurgeons for Radiosurgery.
He has been associated with AIIMS since the inception of their radiosurgery programme.
Dr Gupta is one of the few people who have experience in both LINAC and GAMA knife Radiosurgery.
He has treated more than 500 patients using radiosurgery for various indications.
Being an active surgeon for open neurosurgery as well helps him to select patients for radiosurgery critically.
He is a member of the International Radiosurgery Association (IRSA) as well as the World GAMA Knife Society. He Has many national and international peer reviewed publications in this field.
According to Medanta Manager Marketing Sudhanshu Sharma, Dr Aditya Gupta (Neuro Surgeon) will be available for free consultation every 4th Saturday and D. Anuraag Trivedi (Neuro Physician) will be available for consultation every 2nd Saturday of month.
