| RR jawan hurt in accidental fire | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, Oct 29: A Rashtriya Rifles (RR) jawan was today wounded after his rifle went off accidentally in Rai Chak forests of Basantgarh in Udhampur.
The injured, whom police sources identified as tinder Singh, was hospitalised.
The incident took place during a search and cordon operation by troops in the Rai Chak woods, the sources added.
He was admitted to Udhampur hospital. His condition was stated to be out of danger.
