Kathua, Oct 30: Balwant Singh Mankotia State President & MLA today announced District Panthers Committee here in Kathua at an impressive function organised by the activist of Panthers Party & other prominent citizen of District Kathua in which he announced Ravinder Panthani as District President, Rajesh Kamal District Vice President, Ram Lal Papu, District general secretary, Balvinder Jamwal Distt Gen. Secretary, Ravinder Balloria District Gen. Secretary, Ashok Kumar District Gen. Secretary, Ram Charam Dogra Senoir Vice President, Davinder Chalotra District Conviner, Anil Kashav Dist S.C /OBC Cell President, Ashwani Mehta as Secretary.
