EARLY TIMES REPORT Jammu, Oct 31: - AICC Secretary, Capt. Pravin Davar today called upon the youth of J&K to act as ‘agents of change’ and follow the footsteps of national leaders whose life-styles, working and biographies are ample source of inspiration and guidance to the new-comers. Reviewing the functioning and working of Youth Congress since the past three months, Davar also asked them to penetrate up to rural and farthest pockets and propagate the ideology and programmes of Congress. He also asked them to celebrate 125 years of Congress formation with pomp and show. Shoaib Lone. President, PYC, stressed upon the need to activate the Youth Congress in Kashmir. He confessed that the primary task assigned by Rahul Gandhi, regarding snatching stones from stone-pelters, was still untouched. He sought cooperation of all the members of Youth Congress and even the parent body in fulfilling the herculean task. R. S. Pathania, Sr. Vice-President, PYC, elaborated in detail the working and performance of Youth Congress since its constitution in the month of July.
