ReZ employees protest on demands | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT KATHUA, Oct 31: The Rehbar-e-Ziraat employees today held a protest in favour of their demand to release the regularization policy for 3000 R-E-Z employees. The deputation of the employees met the member of parliament Ch. Lal Singh under the leadership of district chairman Vinod Sharma and district president of the Agriculture Technocrats Association, Sanjeev Verma to apprise their long pending demand for framing a policy to regularize R-E-Z employees who are still working in the agriculture department from April 1st of 2007. While interacting with MP Ch Lal Singh, the deputation said that the previous governments too assured that a concrete policy for regularization will be framed but nothing has been done so far. They also condemned that decision of the NC government led by the Omar Abdullah has framed a conditional policy which they said was not favourable for these technocrats.
Meanwhile, they urged the MP to take their genuine demand at appropriate levels on priority basis,. Later, after hearing these technocrats, MP Ch. Lal Singh assured all the possible help and support to carry out the genuine and logical problem of the technocrats. Among others present in the deputation included Joginder Singh, Ravi Salaria, Arvind Singh, Arun Padha, Darshan, Lablu, Rajinder Singh, Lali, Anil Dub, Sanjeev Chib, Kewal Singh, Ravi Kumar, Parshotam Lal, Joginder Verma Sushil Sangra .
