| NSS organises awareness camp | | | Early Times Report
JAMMU, Nov 2: Awareness camp was organized by NSS Unit of Government Degree College (GDC) Paloura for rural women of the Village Panj Garain.
Addressing the gathering, NSS Programme Officer Prof.Nisha Bhagat spoke on nutrition, balanced diet and spread awareness about methods to cook food to preserve maximum nutrients. Women were also made aware about uses of medicinal plants like Tulsi, Asvgandha and Aloe-Vera by NSS Volunteers of the college. An interaction was held between volunteers and rural women about health and hygiene.
